Building a quarterly supply list for your lab
The short answer
Start a lab list named for the quarter, bookmark what the work will need, and set a box count on each line. The list adds up today's box prices as you go, so the subtotal is always in front of you. When the plan is settled, send the list to your cart in one tap and check out; the list stays saved for next quarter.
Why plan the quarter in a list
A quarter's supplies rarely get decided in one sitting. Someone adds a compound, someone else doubles a quantity, a project slips into the next quarter. A lab list holds all of that in one place without placing anything: nothing is ordered, reserved or charged until you choose to check out.
- Lists live in this browser, need no account, and hold up to 100 products each.
- Each line carries a box count from 1 to 99.
- The list subtotal uses today's box prices, so it moves if a price changes before you order.
Setting it up
- 1Open your lab lists and start a new list. Give it a name that says when and what, such as "Q1 bench supplies" (names run to 60 characters).
- 2Browse the catalog and tap the bookmark on each product the quarter will need. The bookmark asks which list to use.
- 3Back on the list, use the stepper on each line to choose how many boxes. A box always holds a fixed number of vials, so think in boxes.
- 4Read the subtotal at the foot of the list. Adjust quantities until it fits the budget.
Not sure which size of a compound fits the plan? Each compound page lists every size Nilo sells and can save them all to a list at once; drop the sizes you don't need afterwards.
Keeping it current through the quarter
Plans change, and the list changes with them. Remove a line with one tap, raise or lower a box count, or rename the list when the period shifts. If a product stops being sold, the list says so on that line, so nothing silently disappears.
When the quarter's plan needs a second pair of eyes, share it: the share link carries the list's name and every line with its box count, and the person who opens it can save a copy of their own. Sharing a lab list walks through it.
Turning the list into an order
- 1Press Add all to cart. Every line goes to the cart at its box count.
- 2Look over the cart, then head to checkout with a shipping address in the US. Checkout adds shipping and shows the full total before you place the order.
- 3Pay the total from your order page, either as Tron USDT (TRC-20) or as bitcoin. Orders that sit unpaid for three days (72 hours) are cancelled.
The list itself stays where it was. Next quarter, open it, change what has changed, and order again; or start a fresh list and keep this one as a record of what the quarter used.
