Sharing a lab list with a colleague
The short answer
Open the list, press Share list and copy the link. Your colleague opens it in any browser and sees the list's name and every product with its box quantity and today's price, then either saves their own copy or adds everything to their cart. The link holds only the list name, the products and the quantities, and it doesn't change if you edit your list later.
Making the share link
- 1Go to your lab lists and open the list you want to pass on.
- 2Press Share list, just under the subtotal.
- 3Press Copy. If your browser blocks the clipboard, the link is selected for you instead, so you can copy it by hand.
- 4Paste it into an email or a chat message to your colleague.
The Share list button shows up once a list has at least one product that's in the catalog, and only those products go into the link.
Before you send it
- Give the list a clear name. It becomes the heading your colleague sees, and names can be up to 60 characters.
- Check the box quantities: they travel with the link exactly as you've set them.
- Take off anything you'd rather not pass on. Only what's on the list goes into the link.
What's inside the link
A share link is short and readable. It points to /lists/shared and carries two things: the list's name, and one entry per product, written as the product's name in our web addresses followed by the number of boxes. A link containing items=bpc-157-10mg:2,nad-plus-1000mg:1 asks for two boxes of BPC-157 10mg and one box of NAD+ 1000mg.
That's everything. No account details, email address, prices or order history travel with it. Anyone who has the link can open the list, so share it the way you'd share any other working document.
What your colleague sees
The shared page opens with a note that someone has shared a lab list with them, and the list's name as the heading. Below that:
- each product with its picture and a link to its product page;
- the number of boxes times today's price per box, and the line total;
- the count of products and boxes, and a subtotal at today's prices.
They don't need an account just to look. Prices are worked out when the page opens, so if a price has moved since you built the list, they'll see the current one.
When something's missing
If a product on the link is no longer in the catalog, it's left out, and the page says how many items were skipped. If a quantity is below a product's minimum order quantity, the page raises it to that minimum. And if none of the products are recognised, often because the link was cut short while copying, the page says so and points back to the catalog.
Saving a copy, or ordering straight away
Two buttons sit under the subtotal:
- Save to my lists
- Creates a new list in your colleague's browser with the same name and quantities, then opens it so they can rename it, change quantities or remove lines. If they already have a list with that name, a number is added to the new one.
- Add all to cart
- Puts every product in their cart at the listed quantity. Checking out needs an account, a US shipping address and payment in USDT, USDC or BTC.
Keeping lists in step
A share link is a snapshot. When you edit your list after sharing, links you've already sent stay as they were. Your colleague's saved copy is separate from yours too: their edits stay in their browser and yours stay in yours. When the plan changes, share the list again and send the fresh link.
The same trick moves a list between your own devices: open the link on your other computer or device and press Save to my lists.
